Description: Thallus foliose, adnate; lobes flattened and elongate, rounded, ascending to undulate; upper surface gray when dry, tomentose; photobiont Nostoc; lower surface white with narrow, raised veins, rhizinate; rhizines white, simple; apothecia not seen on specimen
