Description: Thallus foliose, closely adnate, deep and broadly lobed; lobes apically rounded; upper surface dark olive-green to brown, transparent when wet, wrinkled, pustulate; isidia numerous, on ridges and pustules, simple but branched when old, concolorous with thallus; lower surface dark olive-green, smooth; apothecia not seen
