Description: Thallus small foliose, thalli rounded or irregular spreading; lobes < 2 mm broad, some disolved into erect lobules or stalked granules; lobes smooth to coarsely knotty, adnate or ascending, concave with some with swollen margins; upper surface black; isidia present, globose; lore surface concolorous with upper surface; apothecia not seen
