Notes: thallus dingy brownish verruculose but inconspicuous between abundant apothecia, apothecia crowded throughout, disk bright red-brown throughout epruinose flat to slightly convex, rims thick verruculose pale yellowish-stramineus dull, epihymenium with red-brown granules on top and occasionally inspersing into hymenium (old spores?) clearing both color and POL+y granules in K N-, amphithecium filled with POL+y coarse granules mostly clearing in K, cortex very thin and poorly delimited (< 20um), asci clearly lecanora-type, spores ~12-13x5-6um
