Notes: thallus of sparse convex beige-yellowish areoles, K+y C- KC+y P-, apothecia scattered abundant somewhat constricted with thin even ~smooth persistent rims and flat epruinose evenly red-brown disks, epihymenium red-brownish POL- clearing in K, amhpithecium filled with POL+y granules clearing in K, amphithecial cortex thin at top to 40-50um distinct and gelatinized below, spores 8 per ascus ~8-13x4-6um
