Notes: thallus mottled pale to dark gray rimose-areolate thick K- P-, medulla K- C- KC- UV- P- I+ violet, apothecia adnate black lecideine epruinose to faintly pruinose with raised thin black margin, epihymenium dark green into upper hymenium turning more vivid in K, hymenium ~inspersed? ~75um, hypothecium white opaque, spores 8 per ascus oblong ~10x4um; TLC confluentic + trace 2'-O-methylmicrophyllinic + 2'-O-methylperlatolic (JPH plate 57.13 solvent C on 20180709)
