Associated Species: Micarea misella, Mycocalicium subtile
Notes: thallus immersed, algae round with golden and green contents and thick colorless sheath (but apparently just trebouxioid??), stipe stout short black with faint white pruina often around rim, spore mass strongly extruded black sometimes white-pruinose, asci cylindrical ~40x5um spores in one row, spores gray-brown 1-septate slightly constricted ellipsoid strongly warted, ~10-12x5-6um
