Associated Species: Acarospora rosulata, Candelariella aurella, Melanohalea elegantula, Rhizoplaca melanophthalma, Rusavskia elegans, Sphaerellothecium "rosulatae"
Notes: areoles contiguous, small near margin, wrinkled-verrucose, olive with white mottling all over, P+y/o strong, K+ norstictic crystals abundant; apothecia black, irregular round, large, epruinose, rims incurled a bit and white on inside; epihymenium ~greenish to brown; hymenium 100-120um, I+b-r; subhymenium I+b-r; paraphyses strongly moniliform; spores 8 per ascus, ~20x12um; conidia (10)13-20(24)um
