Description: Thallus foliose, adnate to loosely adnate; irregularlylobate; loves sort, plane, with some upturned tips, continuous' upper surface bluish gray, epruinose, without isidia or soredia; medulla white; lower surface pale brown, moderately rhizinate; apothecia common, laminal on thallus; disc brown, smooth; asci 8-spored; spot tests: medulla K+ yellow to red, P+ orange
