Description: Thallus foliose, adnate, irregularly lobate; lobes, irregular, elongate, wrinkled, separate, on average 5 mm wide; upper surface medium gray, wrinkled; isdiie dense, laminal, granular, concolorous with thallus; apothecia laminal, sessile, found on a few lobes; disc light brown; margin thalline, cream colored
