Omphalodium arizonicum Tuck.

Thallus up to 15 cm., the color yellow-green, underside smooth to strongly reticulate and papillate, pale brownish to carbonaceous-black, very firmly attached to vertical faces of the rock. True rhizinae are lacking. Omphalodium hottentottum, is a Parmelia.
