Substrate and Habitat. Foliicolous on evergreen leaves of palms, palmettos and hardwoods.
Distribution. Southeast Asia, Neotropics north into eastern North America; in North Carolina found in Blue Ridge ecoregion; to be expected throughout the state based on phorophyte distributions.
