Thallus foliose,adnate, lobate; loves subirregular, elongate, plane, contiguous; upper surface yellow-green, smooth, densely isidiate; isidia initially subglobos, soon becoming cylindrical; tips brown to blackish brown; medulla white; lower surface light brown to brown, rhizinate; rhizines brown, simple; apothecia not seen; spot test: medulla K+ yellow to dark red, P+ orange
