White thallus, leprose-grained, cotton-like-flooring. Apothecia are ca. 1 mm in diameter, sometimes slightly larger, bulbous, without edges, body-yellowish. Epithecium amber - reddish.

Worm-like spores, 3-septate, 26-48 x 3 μm. Hymenium from I+ yellow-wine-red, then turns blue or does not change in color. 

On granite rocks.

Arctic (Chukotka)

Species called into doubt, only identified from the original location and after first description was not again found by anyone.
