Description: Thallus foliose, adnate, lobate; lobes irregularly elongated, plane, and isidiate; upper surface dark olivaceous gray, smooth to slightly wrinkled; isidia scattered to dense, laminal to somewhat marginal, granular, black, simple, darker than thallus; lower surface gray, wrinkled with white tomentum; apothecia not seen
