broad flat rounded lobes to 2.5-3.0mm wide few ~maculate, brown below, minutely lobulate in center but sparingly so and lobulate tightly appressed not mat-forming, no apothecia, medulla K+y turning orange then finally red in days, TLC has usnic and norstictic/stictic (perf. by Nastassja Noell, int. by James Lendemer 20131208)
