apothecia 0.2-0.6mm, scattered to somewhat crowded and angular by compression in that case; hymenium 65um; subhymenium plunging into stipe below apothecium with algae only near sides; parathecium radiating near edge to capitate at very edge to ~5um but 2-2.5um thick, grading into irregular globular to elongate cells/hyphae in lower subhymenium/hypothecium with cells up to ~5um with 1-1.5um walls or gelatinized; amph cortex ~25um?, orange granular, more or less paraplect. with irregular cells 6-7um, but this might be an extension of the parathecium which sort of mushrooms at the margin and might tuck under the outer algae a bit; paraphyses ~1.5um below, expanding gently and slightly to ~2.5-3um at tips, weakly branched throughout; spores 13-15x3-4um septum 1-1.5um
