Description: Thalllus: small foliose and forming extensive colonies, tightly adnate to adnate, lobate; lobes dorsiventral, loosely imbricate, narrow; upper surface lemon yellow on outer lobes more greenish yellow in central part of thallus; soriedia marginal and at lobe tips, apothecia not seen
