Description: Thallus folios, loosely adnate, irregularly lobate; lobes subirregular, short, plane, continuous, crenate; apices subrotund, smooth, blackish brown marginally, becoming lobulate centrally; upper surface yellow-green, shiny, epruinose; medulla white; lower surface pale brown, plane, rhizinate; rhizines pale brown; apothecia common, substitute, laminal on thallus; disc cinnamon-brown; margin smooth; spot test medulla K+ yellow to dark red, P+ orange
