Locality: United States, Florida, Bay, St. Andrew's Bay State Park; on old sand dune about 200 m north of St. Andrew's Pass and 770 m northeast of the Gulf of Mexico.

Habitat: on small twigs and small dead branches of large, living Quercus geminata (20 cm dbh) in cluster of large stems in Plot 2.
Substrate: on dead branch of sand live oak
Notes: Recollection of lichens from William J. Platt Sand Pine Study Plot #2 at St. Andrew's Bay State Park first sampled in 1992. Storm surge of Hurricane Dennis (2005) briefly flooded plot.
