Habitat: Host: Pithecellobium flexicaule Benth. Habitat: Upon tree branches. This specimen grew in a shady situation.
Notes: Habit: An adnate lichen. Color of Thallus: Green. Color of Ascocarp: Not seen. Remarks: The margins of the thallus was close adnate, when fresh, they were thin and with few incissions. No fruit seen. Substrate: corticolous.
