Habitat: Abundant on north face of cliffs above stream.
Notes: Plants brown, polyphyllous, extremely fragile and tightly attached to rock; underside of thallus coarsely papillose, usually dark; thallus pruinose only in region of umbo. Substrate: saxicolous.
